HSC Admission Online Application Process with TeleTalk SMS, This year HSC admission procedure will be conducted entirely online. The Ministry of Education in Bangladesh has implemented this approach to eliminate irregularities in the admission process. The online HSC admission process will commence following the announcement of the SSC results.

HSC Admission Online Application For 2025, the HSC admission application fee is set at BDT 150 or 120 via SMS. If a student decides to cancel and join another college, they can apply with parental consent, paying a late fee but receiving 50% of their money back.
Apply for HSC Admission Online Application & college admission following the procedure below:
Open your phone’s messaging app and type: CAD <space> College EIIN <space> First Letter of Desired Group <space> Board’s First 3 Letters <space> SSC Roll Number <space> SSC Passing Year <space> Desired Shift Name <space> Version <space> Quota.
Type the required format in your phone’s messaging app and send it to 16222.
After completing the application, you’ll get an SMS with your PIN and payment details. Make sure your Teletalk SIM is recharged, then send the payment SMS as instructed.
Type CAD YES PIN Number Contact Number and send it to 16222 to complete the process.
You will receive a return SMS with the candidate’s name and track number.
- Students may apply to a maximum of 10 colleges.
- The application fee is TK. 120 for SMS applications or TK. 150 for online applications.
- Make sure to save your PIN code as it will be needed later.
- If you don’t have a quota, simply leave the quota field blank in your SMS.

All SSC students who passed in the 2019-2020 academic year under the 10 education boards or Open University are eligible for HSC admission in the same year. In colleges located in the seven divisional areas, 80% of the seats will be available to all students. A further 10% of seats will be reserved for associated colleges, which can admit students as they see fit. The remaining 10% will be allocated among three quotas, with the details of these quotas and seat percentages provided below.
