3 Compulsory Subjects + 3 Elective Subjects + 1 Optional Subject = 7 Subjects
Start by adding the grade points of the 3 compulsory subjects and 3 elective subjects, giving you a total of 6 subjects. Then, include the grade points of the optional subject after deducting 2 points from it.
